Job Summary

The person in this role will be a key internal and client team leader, with responsibility for one or more client partnerships.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate the mission, vision, values and culture principles of Blue Chip Worldwide
  • Project Management
    • Use strong knowledge of project management software (WMJ) and agency processes to manage and execute tasks against client projects; coordinate cross-functional team efforts as necessary
    • Assist in strategic development of projects/campaigns 
  • Workforce/Workflow Administration 
    • Guide the workflow and job performance of Assistant Account Executive(s), providing direction in project management
    • Effectively assign/manage cross-functional teams on individual projects, including timesheet reporting
  • Financial Management
    • Maintain client Scope of Work (S)OW, budgets, internal and vendor costs for individual client projects 
    • Monitor client P&L ongoing and monthly with Finance department
  • ROI Client Solutions & Agency Knowledge
    • Actively involved in creating and implementing ROI solutions for each project
    • Gather and integrate successes within the practice into client solutions
  • Industry Knowledge
    • Basic understanding of marketing communications disciplines. 
    • Build understanding and high-value relationship with key outside vendors for client benefit
  • Client Relationship & Communication
    • Develop relationship with junior and mid-level clients, providing proactive and timely follow-up communication on a regular basis
  • Presentations
    • Play an active role in developing presentations and present to clients (and agency) when appropriate
    • Deliver added-value ideas to client counterparts on individual projects and across client’s business
  • Comply with all corporate and departmental standard operating procedures as well as FDA and other governmental regulations (e.g., IRB, EC)
  • Ensures all activities and operations are performed in compliance with regulatory and federal regulations
  • Responsible for maintaining up to date weekly time tracking, per the Agency’s time tracking policy

Education, Experience and Certifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree from accredited four-year college or university required
  • At least 1 year of experience in account services including planning, managing, and activating marketing plans for B2C and/or B2B clients
  • Agency experience in marketing, advertising or related field required
  • Working knowledge of digital brand marketing required
