Job Summary
The Salesforce Administrator I (SA) is a full-time position that reports to the AD, Platform Configuration and Administration. The SA is responsible for administering the Salesforce Platform. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud. The SA must be a self-starter, be able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, own deliverables end to end, prioritize workload effectively, and thrive in a dynamic environment. They are passionate about their work, self-motivated, detail oriented and have excellent problem-solving skills.

• Demonstrate the mission, vision, values, and culture principles of Blue Chip Worldwide
• Configure the Salesforce Platform including security, automation, approval processes, custom objects, process builder, AppExchange, etc.
• Configure/Support 3rd party apps (ex. Form Assembly, Conga Composer, Accorto, MapAnything, etc.)
• Manage enhancements and support request/bug fixes, from request and requirements through build, test, and deploy
• Create business and functional requirements, and accurately translate business requirements into system functionality requirements
• Develop advanced reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity
• Execute data cleansing/migration projects
• Experience writing business and functional requirements required
• Contributes to process and productivity improvements as identified by management
• Work closely with System Integration for project-specific and core-platform enhancements
• Accurately manage all aspects of project deliverables and collaborate with cross-functional project team
• Stay current on industry trends, particularly those related to Salesforce and related technologies
• Able to manage projects and tasks within timelines and budgets
• Flexible hours may be required to accommodate global clients
• Must be able to travel occasionally overnight and on weekends
• Comply with all corporate and departmental standard operating procedures as well as FDA and other governmental regulations (e.g., IRB, EC)
• Ensure all activities and operations are performed in compliance with regulatory and federal regulations
• Responsible for maintaining up to date weekly time tracking, per the Agency’s time tracking policy
• Based on client and internal project demands, additional duties may be assigned

Education, Experience and Certifications
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university; degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems or related field required
• 2+ years experience using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud/Community Cloud
• Additional Experience:
o 2 to 5 years implementing and configuring salesforce.com
o Experience using Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, Demand Tools, AppExchange, Eclipse Force.com IDE)
o Knowledge and understanding of Lightning, Visualforce, ApexClasses/Controllers and Apex Triggers
o Solid understanding of and detailed experience with Salesforce.com Architecture and API
o Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, best practices and limitations and the ability to clearly communicate those to key stakeholders
o Knowledgeable about quality data best practices
• Certified Salesforce.com Administrator (ADM 201) required; Certified Salesforce.com Advanced Administrator (ADM 211) is a plus

Computer Skills
• Fluent in Microsoft Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
