Job Summary
The Senior Implementation Specialist (SrIS) is a Full-Time position that reports to the Associate Director, Technology Implementation. The SrIS liaises with internal teams and outside vendors (often contact centers) to define, implement, and support web-based applications for client projects. Responsibilities include gathering information and writing requirements, coordinating activities between technical staff, conducting user acceptance tests, validating reports and providing post-deployment support. This position works cross-functionally to understand project-specific challenges to develop solutions and mitigate risks. The SrIS may be responsible for managing and developing direct reports.

• Demonstrate the mission, vision, values, and culture principles of BC Worldwide
• Coordinate standard and complex product implementation activities related to patient engagement / referral management services including gathering and developing requirements, assisting with integration and conducting UAT of online pre-screeners, referral trackers, and other related technology products. Engage subject matter experts where appropriate (eg, clinical expertise)
• Liaise with Continuum’s technical staff and outside vendors to ensure streamlined data collection into the performance platform (eg, Salesforce.com)
• Develop test record matrices and validate reports within Salesforce.com to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Proactively manage expectations and deliverables; deliver work within timelines and budgets
• Think creatively when presented with unique or complex project challenges; recommend solutions that meet the project goal without sacrificing overall product integrity
• Anticipate project-related risks, independently recommend solutions and collaborate with teams to mitigate risks
• Work collaboratively to resolve project-related issues by providing education and securing alignment across stakeholders
• Establish and approve applicable project-specific vendor SOWs and invoices
• Communicate with Client as needed to provide clarification of product and system; may need to attend client calls and in-person client meetings
• Develop instruction guides for product users
• Lead employee training of product; play a supportive role in training of external users
• Understand and advocate for quality data practices
• Effectively manage multiple projects at once, using strong organizational skills and accurate attention to detail
• Contribute to departmental process development; lead initiatives when applicable
• Maintain a collaborative work style to encourage maximum contribution from all team members
• Comply with all corporate and departmental standard operating procedures as well as FDA and other governmental regulations (e.g., IRB, EC)
• Ensure all activities and operations are performed in compliance with regulatory and federal regulations
• Responsible for maintaining up to date weekly time tracking, per the Agency’s time tracking policy
• Mangers are responsible for ensuring that your direct reports maintain up to date weekly time tracking, per the Agency’s time tracking policy
• Must be able to attend in-person client meetings
• Flexible hours may be required to accommodate global clients
• Must be able to travel occasionally overnight and on weekends

Education, Experience and Certifications
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university preferred
• Experience: 5-7 years’ experience in web technologies specifically in marketing industry preferred
• Additional Experience: At least 3 years’ experience in lead generation programs and/or call center operations preferred
