La Brea Bakery Bread sought to engage a new, younger target.
Confined to grocers’ bakery sections and largely unknown to Gen Z, the brand wanted to drive awareness and trial with a hyper-digitized, overstimulated target desperate for IRL food experiences.

Inviting consumers to slow down and come back to their senses, we developed a new brand strategy and creative campaign. Rising to the Moment became a wakeup call to resist empty consumption and savor the present.
Paired with imagery of genuine self-indulgence, the lifestyle-led campaign reached across digital, social, influencer, paid search, and retail media channels to encourage a real-time pause.
We interrupted Gen Z during mindless consumption to bring them back to their senses.
